This issue is closed at compamy level lomg ago. Kom and SMM already fined and paid fines.
Now investigation is against for directors on prsonal basis. If they were found guilty and jailed or fines it is liable by themselves. Current seatrium managemeny will condemn them openly because they were found guilty now and Seatrium will never engaged such dishonest directors in future and moved on haha. That's a better publicity and closure to the case actually.

Totally agree with this. What' s the worst that can happen to the company? Probably fines and if so then that is quite a non-event as it will just be a one-off charge / not something that will derail the fundamentals. Such risks are just part and parcel of businesses operating in certain geographies

Ya, this is old problem le, Brazil side fines already paid in full. CPIB must investigate only because got people report, it's not that they wanted to.
This is SM issue now, SM team already not here in Seatrium anymore. Seems like someone shorted too much and begin to panic. Need to make people panic sell so that they can cover what they have shorted. We not going to sell even if the ex staff were found guilty.

No impact, these 6 employees/director already left company more than 3 years ago. Even if they were charged and jailed is no longer causing any negative impact to seatrium or financial burden (fines) to seatrium. This only affects the formal staff now.
