x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yup. Prior to last wk' s halt, the previous halt in end Mar was also related to Chiyoda. But price did not go north when unhalt then. In fact. there was one newbie even speculated that the halt ( end Mar) was due to takeover by co " M" .   That person disappeared once the actual reason for halt was revealed. I hardly trade EZRA..   yet got holdings during these 2 halt events.   So when yesterday' s resume trading , with such terrible open pricing, i quickly ran.  Dun think I want to touch this counter until its price drop to below 7 cts.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	They did not take a stake in ezra.. they took a stake in what ezra sold off at distressed price. If ezra is so good, a upright private placement will be done. It' s only the JV they are interested in, and possibly, the only part that is able to be rescued in a meaningful way. Sold off the cow, left the debts. How to service it is the question.
