Whoever you are, you have so much hatred in you. Hatred is a manifestation of a personal pain and anguish you are currently going thru and struggling with on a daily basis. Seek help please. Before that hatred in you eat you up into nothingness. Take care and may your healing begin. |

Have to admit lose and surrender. I am 37 year olds but my hearts can' t take it. See the share price drop like non stop and manipulated by shortist and traders with vaccine news. Now felt better. But I will go in again when the price reasonable low and uptrend. Glove demand will increase for the year 2021.

Yes, my father-in-law who reads online news very extensively told me there were cases where the virus caused brain damage in that the loss of memory resulted in a loss of knowledge or skills. Imagine you are a surgeon and you were infected with the virus and when you recovered, you lost all your medical knowledge and dont know how to perform surgery anymore. Its like you are no longer a qualified doctor. If true, this is scary. Imagine you wake up one day and forget you are a man and started asking for bamboo becoz you think you are a panda.

Panda just heard from FM95.8. The lady reporter said this news was taken from US newspapers on 28th Dec. There were 4 cases of " Jin Shen Pin" (" Brain short-circuited" )  in US,  all four cases, the patients were linked to COVID-19. It was still the preliminary findings. If it is real, then very jilatl leh....  | ||||

How long will protection last? According to the  data  from the clinical trials, Pfizer&rsquo s vaccine, which is 95 per cent effective, can offer partial protection as early as 12 days after the first dose. That protection can last for at least two months, according to Vinh. A second dose is then required to achieve the vaccine&rsquo s full potential. The data also showed that a second dose given 21 days later boosted the immune response, offering protection starting one week after the second jab. Moderna&rsquo s candidate, which is still  pending approval  by Health Canada, can mount protective antibody levels within two weeks of the first dose and last for at least three months, Vinh said. The Moderna vaccine, which also requires a second shot, has shown to be 94 per cent effective. However, it still remains to be seen what the long-term immune response will be after vaccination. &ldquo We&rsquo ve only started using this particular product in humans since March when the Phase 1 clinical trials began, so we don&rsquo t actually know how long protection will last,&rdquo Dr. Isaac Bogoch, an infectious disease specialist at the University of Toronto, said during a media briefing on Zoom. &ldquo And clearly, this is something that is going to be studied formally with time to see if perhaps people do need a booster vaccine.&rdquo http://globalnews.ca/news/7523595/coronavirus-vaccine-protection-immunity-covid-19/ |

This one is from another article... " How long does the immune memory last? It' s hard to say at this point, because the clinical trials weren' t set up to answer that question, and in any case, they only began dispensing second doses of the vaccine four months ago. The WHO says that a minimum of six months would be acceptable. It will become clearer as time marches on and the volunteers continue to be monitored. Sahin says he expects protection to last " months or even years" . Given what we know about natural immunity that looks about right, says Eleanor Riley at the University of Edinburgh in the UK. She envisages people needing annual boosters, at worst." https://www.newscientist.com/article/2261805-everything-you-need-to-know-about-the-pfizer-biontech-covid-19-vaccine/#ixzz6hzuB75l0 |

Cant remember if it was an article I read or a professor said it during an interview aired on CNA. But I clearly remember the 3 months becoz when I read it or heard it, my reaction was WTF man only 3 months !!!  I searched online and found this... " And there are still key questions that need to be answered &ndash particularly around the length of protection the vaccine will offer. It&rsquo s almost certain that the immune response initially generated will wane over time. We don&rsquo t yet know the lowest amount of immunity that needs to be retained to protect against infection, nor what type of immunity provides this protection. If vaccine-induced immune responses &ndash such as antibodies or  T cells  &ndash can wane to very low levels but still prevent infection, then this vaccine will protect people for a long time. But if immune responses must be constantly kept high for protection, it won&rsquo t." http://theconversation.com/pfizer-vaccine-final-results-its-highly-protective-but-how-long-for-151966 I suppose no one really knows as it is a newly developed vaccine and hence still a work-in-progress.

The joke is that the immunity will last 3 months only. 1st round and maybe the 2nd round, people will take the trouble and make the effort to get their jabs. After that, people will become lazy, complacent and feel damn sian about having to queue up to get their jabs once every 3 months. And what about the cost ? 1st round of 2 doses the Government will blanjah. After that if Cheng Hu has to keep blanjah-ing I think Ah Keat will say " not sustainable lah" and we have to pay. And it wont cheap. More than $100 per course. I think alot of people will be put off by the cost and the hassle. Only those who need to travel frequently due to work will kwai kwai take their jabs coz bo pian.

Influenza vaccine has to be taken yearly because of new variants because the old influenza vaccine might not be able to handle the new variants .... So, what about the current available COVID-19 vaccines?  " Magic dose on the exisitng COVID-19 virus and the new variants" ?  Finger crossed.
