Yes, I also have SBS shares, but I don' t see how SBS is connected to CDG except for the fact that both are locally listed companies in the transportation sector.
Why suddenly talk about SBS out of nowhere?

If it cannot sell, it will sell the assets (vehi les, what else?). Overseas junks are easy to buy but hard to sell. If Ang Mo was doing fine, why sold to Zoom Bee and take the cash and run? My uncle (retired taxi driver) actually knows him and told me before that he is a very positive and nice person and has a lot of respect for him
Businesses don' t always start out profitable and many businesses close down from losses, if someone keeps regretting this or that, then maybe they are not cut out for business
The pessimistic regretting person you are talking about also owns one of the largest cylinder gas companies in Singapore
Just because TransCab did not buy SMRT taxis, doesn' t mean he regrets buying SMART taxis, seems like you are just jumping all over the place
10 years from now, there will still be taxis
But if you made a typo and meant my great great grand children 100 years from now, then maybe you are right

But with higher rates of vaccinations as time passes, there will be herd immunity here and in other countries too
We will start to have air travel bubbles arrangements with other countries that are highly vaccinated too in the near future
With that, tourism and travelling will return again
Though not to pre-covid levels, it will reach near pre-covid levels
Even though not many countries will be opened up, but after being " restricted" and " confined" , more people would want to travel again after such a long time of travel restrictions imposed if and when it has been ascertained that it is safe to travel to those countries with the air travel bubble arrangements 
Sectors such as retail, hospitality and the travel and tourism industry will slowly see a recovery to their much hit revenue due to covid
I would foresee that the taxi business will be positively affected too

Ot is now commonly agreed that Covid 19 will not go away xompletely and suddenly like SARS. Even if it does, the post-Pandemic normacy is going to be very different. Air travel and land transport will never recover to the pre-Covid level. Taxis as well as PHVs will have to seek their equilibruim vis-a-vis riders' demand. Either Zoom Bee cuts its rental by a large margin or taxi drivers will just throw their keys. Perhaps, 5000 will be the right number compared to the current 8,000 in the short term.

Do we still need a 5 Star white elephant bus system with so many giagantic buses running around empty the whole day? Civil servants have achieved their target in the White Paper but politically is it accetable to the tax-paying voters in the background of the impending GST hike? Supreme Leader ConBao/danger feel shiok getting paid his dividends on 20 May when the whole nation's tax-payers were crying. Karma will come. We shall wait to see

But every single one of them throwing their keys? No
Mass " exodus" of drivers throwing their keys? Unlikely
Not every driver is able or want to step of out their " comfort zone" and do a " career switch" given their age and " experience"
I am sure if it really comes to that " crisis" of the taxi business going out of business in Singapore, the garmen will come in to " help" and maybe offer incentives etc to drivers to encourage them to stay
Even if one day CDG really stops the entire taxi operation in Singapore, I don' t foresee CDG going out of business or will make such huge losses to warrant a drop until $0.20
They have other types of businesses as well and even have operations in several other countries

Agree that covid is here to stay for the near future, and that travelling will not recover to pre-covid levels in the near future
But with higher rates of vaccinations as time passes, there will be herd immunity here and in other countries too
We will start to have air travel bubbles arrangements with other countries that are highly vaccinated too in the near future
With that, tourism and travelling will return again
Though not to pre-covid levels, it will reach near pre-covid levels
Even though not many countries will be opened up, but after being " restricted" and " confined" , more people would want to travel again after such a long time of travel restrictions imposed if and when it has been ascertained that it is safe to travel to those countries with the air travel bubble arrangements 
Sectors such as retail, hospitality and the travel and tourism industry will slowly see a recovery to their much hit revenue due to covid
I would foresee that the taxi business will be positively affected too

It may not happen now or next couple of years
But when it does years from now, I have faith that CDG share price will not just be $2.00
It will be easily be above $2.00
Unless the management decides to do things such as stock split
(Eg. When at $2.00, they do a stock split of 10 to 1, then surely share price will drop to your fabled and much anticipated $0.20)
So anything is possible, the future will always be unknown

If it closes low, it probably mean that robots made the uncles run for their life. And BBs will buy from them. Can remember around last Tuesday when STI and everything was up but Zoom Bee was down and closed at 1.62?

Hence closing matching is worth watching but not for trading for counters rigged by BBs. It is up to you to believe or not. Remember, I am a conman.
