x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	as its below 50%, book value no longer able to include chiyoda as jv. it became an associate to ezra. having said that, consolidation of accounts became 1 line accounting. which is just share of profit from chiyoda. if its 50% as before, ezra still able to classify 50% of chiyoda as assets under their books,sadly they cannnot do this now.   thats using accounting thou. i dont know about the stock market mechanics. Thus Ezra 40% share will be about S$196 million. 197 million Triyard Shares is about S$79 million 300 million Emas Offshore Shares is about S$34 million. divide by Ezra 2.934 billion shares, market value of Ezra Shares should be about 10.5c. assuming all other Ezra asset is 0 cent.
