And since they have a spare 3B from the KOM pull out, they could be more generous than offer the rights price to shareholders that subcribed at 8 cents. For a company whose TERP is supposed to be 12.4cents and NAV which is higher. So in the last few our I would still say, subscribe to your rights you w9nt regret it.

Maybe can buy a landed property with the sales proceed in 1 year' s time. I would be holding much more than KJSCEOW after allotment.
