For me, this current series of price movements are signs that a monkey is in the driver' s seat. That last push to 0.177 was for him to take interim profits. After that came the pullback to 0.16 to flush out weak holders to sell whilst he reloads. . After collecting enough at 0.16 to around 0.167, he is ready to rock ' n' roll again for another push to possibly the 0.18-series before doing another flush back to 0,17 to weed out weak holders. And this recipe is repeated dish after dish. So yes, will reach 0.20-series in due course. CONGRATS to all aboard.  .
