 Alert Admin 		I think its possible..firstly I do believe the fair value for this company is much much more than how sg market values it.. so interested medical entities (teleflex, medtronics?) can acquire it cheaply. their patents alone should be worth in the low hundred millions judging from previous deals and purchases (my own estimation lah.. not professional)

and because everyone kept saying their financials were bad (which i agree).. i went to look further to see how they plan to improve it. in their april 2020 financial statement they stated they are working on improving the company financials through disposal of its intangible assets/subsidiary


The Company continues to actively explore various strategic options and is currently in fairly advanced negotiations to dispose its intangible assets and/or subsidiary. Pending the necessary approvals have been obtained by the Company for such corporate action, the Company will be able to continue as a going concern. The Company will update shareholders via SGXNET as and when there are any material developments on the aforementioned.   
they are already in fairly advanced negotiations since april to dispose its intangible assets, which include their very valuable patents. so thats a possibility. additionally, i looked back and realized they still have a deal with teleflex that has not been fully completed - teleflex still has an option to purchase the drug Chocolate Heart at S$65.6m. big fat chunk of money still on the table.

just my 2 cents. I could be wrong of course, just my speculation in the end, but im quite confident of it being good news. 

so as i like to say, HUAT AH. if covid vaccine then HUAT HUAT AH

 Alert Admin 		In terms of long term direction, actually this company is much better than many other medtech companies. The fact is that in medtech industry, alot of companies have poor financials for a reason - they require huge upfront capital for their research which burns through loads of cash quickly. They go through multiple stages and trials which may never commercialize and hence, may never see any returns. In this aspect, qt vascular already has products and patents which can be commercialized. This definitely adds much value to their patents, because they can generate $$

If they have enough cash (which they dont) they should just delist because the market doesnt understand how to value this company properly.

Just my 2cents la.

Its okay bro. Thanks for your concern, but I made much more on penny, than I would lose with my capital, that I can assure you at least. I dont only play pennies either, so no need to worry on your part. I can accept the losses in penny if they do happen - I have cut loss many times on penny already. If you cant take the risk of pennies, feel free to go back to your valuetronics or gloves

You may argue to say that they have the fundamentals, but the truth is, the fundamentals can only support the price of the share till a certain point. Beyond that, its no different from any other penny, relying on the bb and others to push up the price. The trend is created by bbs, and small players like me can only follow the trend. Of course, I could be wrong about the trend, that will be on me, I just accept the loss, learn from it and move on. 

I am trading, not investing here. That said, in terms of financials and fundamentals of this company, i agree its bad, but it may not be as bad as what is shown on paper. or what people describe. The company has multiple patents that are definitely very valuable.

 Alert Admin 		Im not a shortist so im not 100% sure about the penalities, but from what i recall, basically sgx can still buy in for them at 2 bids higher on T+3 - but when this happens, their fate is no longer in their own hands.. extremely dangerous. especially since their loss can be infinite (what if bbs push up and up?), while their gain is at best 100%. thats why i never really shorted. if the buy-in by sgx fails, then they kena slap heavy fine
