seriously bro, get ur facts right. This is not the same crooks man. these people promise their sahreholders years ago at AGM to turn around. From negative 80M to breakeven to profit and now growth. Change of biz model. i think need to warn newbies on people who do not know their facts man!

And when I came in to warn the newbies to be careful about the sudden rise without good fundmentals, I got hammered relentlessly by that person. This was exactly the same as 10 years ago when Oceanus suddenty rose to 40cents with all the good story-tellings by the ex-CEO. Then it plummented all the way down to $0.002. Maybe now can collect at $0.002, wait for 10 years for another future CEO to come up with a newer story in year 2031. The cycle repeats again. Deja Vu.

CEO don' t need to sell his own shares to make profit and thus no reporting issues. What he needs to do is to collude with big money to 1) release news at appropriate pace and time, 2) tell good story to show potential, no matter can fulfill or not, 3) enough exposure to market such as interviews, analyst coverage and so on, 4) have individuals spread uptrend momentum/positive views all over social media including this forum, 5) take a good % proft share at the expense of retail investors He makes profit by slaughtering retail investors while keeping his good image to them. That' s it.

Whether should we doubt the management or not, we should wait for their audited financial report by 15 April. If it is really the work of the management, their financial report audited should be full of crap with lots of fault.

I like how you assumed the CEO and his management team is planning this huge sell down. Of course, we would not know for sure, but if it is true, they will have to report to SGX eventually.
CEO entered Oceanus for 6-7 years to prepare for this day. Quite a thought isn t it.

Bro, you have seen CEO' s statement, this statement means a lot. It tells us their show is going on, and this round of profit taking is not enough for greedy mouth, which means there will be recovery because that will be another chance for them to rip retail investors. I think they are having champaign right now and planning next wave, but will not happen very soon. It doesnot make sense to find out if sell down finished or not, as 70% of value have gone, just wait

That is your subjective thinking, and too subjective. This is what I found and concluded: 1. Once a stock price went down like this, it will take much much longer time to recover, if it will recover 2. The CEO reassurance statement on Facebook was part of the plan and prepared long time ago 3. The entry price (average cost) for them was below 1.5c. As price goes up and down, they buy and sell to profit. Right now they should have sold at least 80% of holdings 4. If there is a chance to recover, that will be at least in 6 months and there will be a long consolidation period where retail investors will lose interest 5. For a price movement like this, they have planned long time ago, since early 2020 6. They have won this round, and will continue to win 7. I continue having doubt about the management

1st Feb I Enter High $GME at 290 thinking i am a Genius. 10th Feb $GME I felt like a IMH patient, throw 25 shares x 290. I counted it as gone down to zero. 10 March I am quietly optimistic I can come out of this unscathed (perhaps a Genius also).
1 Mar ALL Enter High $Oceanus^(579.SI) at 7.7 thinking they are genius. 10th March all felt like IMT patients, 10 mil shares for some at 7.7, many count as go to zero.
What will 10th April Hold for U all?

One more point I like to add, Sgx should employ people with more analytical skills. They should not post a query whenever there is big volumne and there is increase in the share price. The first thing the sgx should look at is whetheer the share price is relfective the company value in terms of asets and profit potential. 2) Dont be under the flase impression that organised manipoulatorsonly ramped up the share.price. For penny stock, the sheer number of shares will entice the manipulataors to organise a schme. A few cents will reap substantioal profit. SGX should be vigilant. They should look at the pattern of the transactions, thesize per transactions. Normal investors transacation size is very small. Orders coming out from each brokers. Normally not all brokers will like to risk criminal offences. For such transacations they normally tried to keep behing closed door with a few dedicated borkers. Such false transactaions will not only cause the small investors yto lose their pants but may cause the demise of sme. I am implying that shortings hould not be allowed. By all means, everyone can short. But manipulators hould not be allowed to create a flase market. |
