Political  concerns have since negatively changed the landscape. As a recommended stock, it was hovering around $0.60+ and went above $0.70. Since then, it went missing from the radar screen, and has been very ignored at $0.25+. It is still too early to tell if one Q of profit is an indication of the better days to come. But anyway, at $0.30, it is half price of the peak.

Yangon condo units is at 6600 units at end of Q3 2017. It is expected to grow with another 10,000 units in the pipeline. With appreciation of usd, lots of new condos in the pipeline, delays in construction, bad news on rohingya, a rapidly depreciating kyat, i find it hard to find good news to buy into Yoma.
