Only exchanged rate is not accurate as it?s not real-time. WL123456      ( Date: 08-May-2020 09:08) Posted: Medtecs International (SGX:546) Key takeaways Q1 revenue increase by 137.6%. Net profit improved by a stunning 1517.6% from 227,000 to 3,672,000, a 15.176 times increase in profit. If the profit margin is 50% to 100%, it?s already something. Now it?s 1517.6%. Fantastic growth. And to add in, management has guided the next quarter profit figure will exceed that of Q1. Management also announced they have double their capacity to meet demand. Further to that, management has guided that they have received further orders which are confirmed. Taking into account that Covid19 will be more or less be a pertinent issue on planet earth and PPE such as gowns suits and glove will be in short supply, Medtecs will be in good position to take advantage of its existing manufacturing facilities and increase its production in the short term while other players are playing catching up for those who needs to invest in capex to increase their supplies. Based on an assumption of average of net profit conservative US$5m per quarter( since Covid19 started to infect globally around end Feb and I started calling them around that time, the increase in profit must be mainly due to the increase in sales from mid Feb to end March and that?s only 1.5 months. So if given a full quarter, I am quoting a conservative US$5m per quarter and should be higher than that if the demand persist and likely so due to the nature of Covid19) the net full year profit should be around US$20m(S$28,365,000) That would give us an eps of around $0.051. Add that to the nav of S$0.165(US$0.1176) as of the latest FR, that will bring the NAV to S$0.216 cents. Ok let?s take it to another lower level. Say the profit increase is moderate and instead of US$5m, I lower it to just US$4m , up slightly from US$3.672m, that will still give us an Nav of S$0.206 on an EPS of S$0.041. Conclusion. The company is undervalued going by its potential and should rightfully be trading around the $0.20-0.25 region.
