Cogent shareholders say is worth $1.78 a share. So worth about $700 mil. Total worth about $1.1 bil. Now is like a new fresh PO listing of Cosco + Cogent. Going to see profits from now onwards for the next qtr after qtr after this new new structiring. It is like a CWT in the making focusing on Indonesia Sin Msia. Their container depot very solid in Tuas. With parent Cosco China Shipping support, sure very good support. New mgtm Mr Gu also very good . Can see Cosco a lot of good news like Delivery of Vessel announcement. Reversal of fortunes for Cosco now. YZJ is $1.70. Cosco going for 70 cts to 80 cts soon. If have more M & A news (China HNA linked CWT merge with Cosco ) (e commerce player taking a strategic stake in Cosco) , then may see $1 easlly. Sembcorp still have about 5% stake in Cosco. The truth is the market is dominated by big hands who creates a buying frenzy with big news like rowsley and now Cosco. The fundamentals however do not support the price increase and will catch up in this case , Cosco. The charts with Technical indicators will tell you the full story . Based on current closing price , the MACD is widening which tells you the price is still down trending but the gradient tells you that the downtrending is increasing at a decreasing rate . If you plot according to pivot points , you will see $0.42 and the $0.38. The queues in depth are played by the big hands to draw buyers in this case so never trust queues . Just now closing the 1.3mil buy at 0.47 suddenly withdraw in the last 5 minutes .
