Previously, a rig lease termination fee to Rex mid this year was satisfied by US$2.5 million in cash and US$11.3 million in 136.5 million new shares in Loyz Energy, with a commitment to a nine-month lock-up period. Rex already lost more than half of that US$11.3 million on paper (US$0.082 per share) and can' t sell until after Mar' 16 so it would be interesting to see how Rex react over next 6 months

great energy companies got a lift after U.S. explorers reduced the number of rigs drilling for oil to a five-year low, signaling further drops in production. Energy sector jumped 3.3 percent, the most in a month. if theres still chance to nibble at 0.031-33 before gap up i' ll gladly do so

Precisely, shareholders should be relieved and celebrate since deal call off. The deal is very unfair to Loyz. Maybe Loyz is negotiating for a better and fair deal now.
