Currently becos everywhere showing sign of manipulation. Will allocate fund to more risky stock for higher reward.
For a more steady defensive stock as safe haven.... Nope for now. Trade war consider a crisis and always when a crisis end, people will taste the sweet reward. Just that whether u can survive the crisis or not.

...tq zandlery,... so,.. it looks like a REIT may not be a safe investments and will drop in price if the trade war matter gets settled. We shld balance our portfolio with some negatively-correlated ctrs vs the REITs. One such ctr that we have experienced here would be UMS. Any other ctrs, bro,.. that we shld have with us to fortify our portfolio against possible future events from the trade war ?

This stock and some of others show sign of manipulation sensitive to trade agreement.
Trade talk outcome bad they will plunge.... Trade talk good outcome will behave vice versa. You could be right. Now something shld come positive out of the trade agreement because Trump have lesser support and China economic not doing ao great. They both want a solution......

Being a dividend invetor, I noticed that many of my REIT holdings closed red this evening. Could it be because of the coming Stage 1 of the Sino-US Trade Deal that would be signed soon, investors are moving their funds out of REITs and going into riskier assets like UMS ? I' m happy for UMS too,... been a long time holder,... | ||||

Hmm.... BB really go for long weekend.

"Profit Taking Friday" strength higher than good trade talk news.
But if positive outcome in the end from the trade agreement, this is one of the stock that will get play up I guess. Result shld be out next week. Don't expect much but could have pleasant surprise.... Never knows. Added somemore and let's see how's things unveiled. Finger cross till cramp.... 😂 |

Looks like taking turn to stir for BB. Couple of days here then shift focus to another..... But only few stocks.
No one complained though except shortist I think... Definitely they burned quite bad..... Like one notorious shortist start focus on AEM but now just stay quiet there.... Licking wound I guess...... |

Based on situation.... Feel that this stock in the list of tech stock stiring..... Just released fund from YZJ so consider put here..... But don't plan to chase....
If unable to buy at 850 today..... I will just move on... Alrd good paper profit to buffer the risk if can get.
