I have wrote in to seek several clarifications on how YFH would navigate FY24 prospect in view of the severe decline in 2H23 npat, the SBB 10% breach and YFH intended course of actions ... etc. YFH will be putting up a FAQ again in the form of an SGX announcement soon.

 Alert Admin 		Just happened. At 9.26am, only 330k volume was done since open, and Bid/Ask was [email protected] vs [email protected]. A few seconds later at 9.27am, trading volume increased to 455k after seller sell down a small [email protected], but Bid/Ask immediately dropped one trading range down to [email protected] vs [email protected]. Buyer intentionally withdrew support at a small sell down to facilitate a trading range drop to touch 0.325. This whole price drop is a manipulated wayang show ...

defender has to play along with them. at high point short faster then them. at low point collect. then collect up. can also issue special event to force cover after low point these surprise events eventually will move shorts away as it will become expensive if they have to cover before the next dividend.

 Alert Admin 		Naturally, price would go down after XD otherwise everyone will be buying stock the day before XD and reap the rewards of the long term holders.

 Alert Admin 		Cancellation of treasury stocks would send clear message to market
there would not be reversal of nta/ eps on sale of treasury.
Imagine 1 shot permanent removal  10% of stock from market.
Ren would not feel pain as he only owned 23,7% 
SBB using company money aka investors our money not ren money.

 Alert Admin 		Treasury stock cancellation would need to be put on vote in AGM.
Same go for next round of SSB in AGM.
Ren stake = 23.7%, any buying from him could breach SGX take over 25%.
Anyway 1 nmore round of SBB in 2024 would put Ren stake over 25%

Thanks for the email. You are right in your assessment and that ratio has exceeded 10% as of current. The 9.06% ratio was as of 31 Dec 2023. 
 
We will revert with more info upon confirmation with the company secretary. Nonetheless, if your concern is that the share buyback will stop upon crossing the 10% cumulative mark, management has highlighted that it will be a simple procedure of cancelling the treasury shares as they have no intention to use the shares for employee share option for example, and the share buyback will continue when deemed appropriate.

 Alert Admin 		Lol now everyone clear on the treasury stock 10% limit.
SBB can only proceed once treasury stock cancel or sale.
But I think yzjfh would act blur and continue SSB till SGX query lol.

 Alert Admin 		Price normally goes down after ex-dividend as seen in many dividend giving stocks .I wish YZJFH can be an exception but preparing for the worst is better to mute the shock.
Since dividend date is far off, BBs aka shortsellers can dance up and down to their advantage.
Doubt Ren will put in money out of his pocket to show support for his company share price.

 Alert Admin 		no factor to push up to 36c level at this point in time. BB won' t push up for ppl to off load. Isn' t it better for Syndicate to maintain it' s price at 30-33 and get higher yeild ?

 Alert Admin 		shorts only managed to cover to around 20m shares. they no choice but block price up and fake force down.  if there is now a big force to capture their fake then force up, may be able to force them to surrender and cover the balance 20m shares at higher price.
