x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Keppel corp is currently in the midst of negotiating with Temasek to sell Keppel O& M for the merger with Sembmarine. Keppel' s CEO has said on 29th Oct that they will meditate on this for 100 days before making any concrete decision. Counting from 29th Oct, it is another 27 days til the 100 days is up. Til then, Temasek has instructed Sembmarine to remain  silent except for the mandatory 3rd quarter business update. Even if they have already clinched a few projects, they are not to make any announcement as per instruction from Temasek. Keppel corp on the other hand, as they are trying to get the best terms for the sale of Keppel O& M, they are announcing all projects secured, even if they cannot name the client yet. For example, about a month ago, they say they won a vague $600mil contract but cannot name the client. 2 weeks ago, they announced they won a USD74mil kachang Buteh contract, also cannot name the client.
