Low can be lower. Never say never. When it happens, got $ buy lor. I always remember a couple of years before 2015, less than $15. At that time, who think it will get to $30? I believe in a few years' time, it will be about $40. $50 is within reach beyond 2030. Success is for the patient ones. |

Pressure is on banks because of anticipated rates cut. Though our 3 local banks will not really be affected very much. This is because they are still growing. Other growing sectors of their business will more or less compensate for it. CEO of DBS already mentioned their earning in 2024 will be more or less similar to 2023. Hence, price drop means opportunity for us to add. 6 to 7% yield is too attractive to be ignored. |
