First, Pfizer announced vaccine was 90% effective and now Moderna announced vaccine 94.5% effective, will that be another drug maker rushing to announce 96.5%, 98.5%, 99% and then 100%? can't imagine how the Med counters react😏 I believe more drug maker will rush in to share the pie🙄 | ||||

Brto, UG reported Q1 FY21 net profit of 22.7m (which is more than whole of 2020). How do you get your NAV and PE ratio? Your view is wrong based on wrong figure imo.

When pfe announced good vaccines, this counter share dropped till 62c, then heard pfe ceo sold his shares and that vaccine may have transportation issue then pfe price drops, UG share recovered to 82c
Now Moderna announced , they found good vaccine, this time wall street responded lukewarm. UG dropped till 67c. Almost retreat 75%. Price stabilize, rebound or dive further, gamble begins.

This stock will continue to be battered whenever there is vaccine news, I hope it can rise too, but it is just impossible to analyze the PE any further. Not say cannot buy, but you have to be prepared to stay glued to the screen daily and lose sleep and worry about whether another pharma company release a more power vaccine.

People has forgotten there was a share split before and the book value now is less than $0.10. Even with supersonic results of $25m profit, it will only add $0.05 to book and become $0.15. Forward PE is 16 X
With vaccine in horizon, the Pe of 16 is way too high and also 4 X book is madness. The price needs to correct. More room to go south. My views. |
