can be anybody who don' t want to be identified. maybe, from their China counterpart. can see Fragrance boss name inside. those who r running the co doesn' t seems inside the Substantial Shareholders List. so, it is a " play others' people money" co.

Any one knows about this DBS Vickers securities (S) pte ltd the first shareholder of sinocloud ,26.87% this year 18.07% last year and LIn& tan securties 1677585700 this year 1247734000 last year means something? |

this sinocloud is a loss making HK based co, but keep giving out loans to China man co like charity. really worse than bengali debt, 
under failed investment of Satellite Mobile venture, gave goodwill deposit HK19mil to 5 pax, gave HK24.7mil loans to another 5 pax. under this abandoned Zhuhai telecom venture, gave a China man Lu HK84mil via convertible loan for potential acquistion of PRC telecom project and another HK12mil to another Chinaman Zhang and Lu to acquire their co equity. then, happily wavied HK42mil loan from Lu. all these $ r coming from shareholders' cost and loans & waivers sound to me like white collar frauds. in the first place, the co is lossing $ from their normal operation, yet they can give out loans to various parties like charity. i wonder what is SGX or MAS doing or can CAD do some investigation on the co ? |

Announcement extracts "
The Company had, on 14 June 2016, entered into a binding Memorandum of Understanding with Mr Lu for the repayment of the Convertible Loan (?MOU?), pursuant to which, the Company has agreed to waive HK$42.1 million of the outstanding Convertible Loan as the Company deems the Convertible Loan as an investment loss. This waiver of debt would represent approximately 12.9% of the net asset value of the Group as at 31 March 2016. The remaining HK$36 million would be repayable by Mr Lu to the Company in Hong Kong dollars (which is the functional currency of the Company) in the following manner: (i) the first installment of HK$25 million shall be paid to the Company within six months from the date that the Company has obtained approval from its shareholders for the Proposed Settlement at a special general meeting to be convened in due course and (ii) the second installment of HK$11 million shall be paid to the Company on or before 31 March 2017, ". I guess you can make your own conclusion whether this is good news or very bad news...
