x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Always want to be corporate top guy, but no calibre, thus can only day dream here : ) If Penang, Malacca , Johor all have IRs, think needs at least 5 IR licenses . 1 for Penang, 1 for Malacaa, 3 for Johor.  If Genting bids and get 2, Berjaya bids and gets 1, US company bids and gets 1, Singapore company say Capitaland bids and gets 1, wow, very balanced act.   All happy.
