x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Those that vested just don't be sad if the deal never goes through.. It really makes no difference with this low ball offer. The share price won't fall a lot as the dividend is still at 8-9% annual which is actually the highest at current market.

Hibiki already cleared the requirement of getting a minimum of 50 unitholders inorder to call a EGM to table resolutions, which hopefully include removing the un-trusted manager.  The people in the management team have lost their credibility and put shame in the Japan business community. Hope they will be forever black listed.
