QT Vascular Going BIG Post Reply Rate topic

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I am not as pessimistic......a breach of fiduciary duty is a personal liability and I am not sure the impact can be as far reaching as to make all companies liable. The judgement is questionable and beside I am not sure the judgement is enforceable in Singapore. The Base fundamentals of the company did not change. The patent of the product is still in tact and the product is a game changer. The worst that can happen is that QT is debarred from the US market and we have to pay some royalty for the infringement of 119. There are still other markets to play if the product live up to its claim so why fret. In fact the judgement actually speaks to the fact that the patent assigned to QT is well and good therefore the suite on the patent fight would likely result in a less eventful outcome.

Avoid!

For example, if an already public company chooses to issue stock, the market usually interprets this as a sign that the company' s share price is somewhat overvalued. To avoid this negative impression, the company may choose to issue convertible bonds, which bondholders will likely convert to equity anyway should the company continue to do well. From the investor' s perspective, a convertible bond has a value-added component built into it it is essentially a bond with a stock option hidden inside. Thus, it tends to offer a lower rate of return in exchange for the value of the option to trade the bond into stock.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Chocolate bubble is quite a major product for their revenue hopes. Now if they can't sell, they may go into deep troubles.. if they resume trading, may be sold down to a few cents.. the 12m bonds raised also not enough to pay for the penalties. .
