The disposal of ICC is only 27.1% of its NTA. The sales of ICC would generate additional Singapore 2.75cts of asset value will ' effectively' increase its NTA to go up to approx. 43cts .  Why would Fang   let go  6%  to CEL at 13.5cts ! Something must is brewing ! Fang is not telling the full story !
