x 2   x 0  Alert Admin	when IPO in 2012, DeClout shares issued was 204m, with 2 for 1 rights issue in 2013, shares issued increased to 307m. its shares issued now is 671m. DeClout had issued some 300m new shares to acquire various businesses to where it is today. (There are new shares award employees as well). This is inevitable as company has no cash to pay the owners of these acquired businesses. majority of these business owners received less than 5% shares so not considered as substantial shareholders. They should be the one trying to unload in the open market as well as looking for someone (including CEO) to buy in block deal. suspect when business was acquired, there could be some verbal agreement that someone will buy over at certain price if they can not off load in open market at higher price. Hence we are seeing situation on Friday, block deal at 21.5 when market at 20. so far only CEO 9m block deal was reported among many more block deals done recently. It is highly possible someone new to the company is involved in these block deals & yet to cross but close to the 5% threshold. Hop to see announcement on this. one good thing we noticed is that since IPO, CEO, ED & Senior management plus the major shareholders Wong PL have either holding on or increase their shareholding (except ID sold 200 shares last week). If these insiders are so confidence about DeClout, company should be in good shape to grow further. impetus to DeClout share prices would come from - how much company decide to reward its loyal shareholders thru its cash proceed from disposal of Acclivis (CEO quoted on latest The Edge : "definitely do something to improve shareholders' returns) - emerging of a "credible & strong" major shareholders thru purchase of recent block deals - continue momentum for various business segments when company reports 3Q results

Plenty off-market transactions recently (just another 2.5m married at 0.20) suggests somethings is brewing this kind of counter can never play contra or short term, as only few retail players keen

It is usually the opposite that people are concerned. Those who sold on the 27th, will they be eligible? x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	My guess is the 0.215 deal was mutually agreed by the parties sometime back. Today, the prevailing trading price will not have any bearing. If the price is 0.235, the married deal would still have to be 0.215.
