x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Olam & Wilmar are very different in terms of size & earnings.   YEAR : 2019 OLAM WILMAR       EBITDA S$1551.7M US$3.02B PROFIT AFTER TAX S$525.1M US$1.29B FATABA      ( Date: 22-Sep-2020 10:53) Posted: Many sporean are traders .....they buy and trade ( dont hold for long over 6 mths) .....and going for active counters for quick $$ ( penny stock eg)  Strong dividend stock even at low ( like Singtel , Olam ,, QAF ) wld take many qtrs with good result or some catalyst view )  THIS IS THE MAJOR ISSUE W out own market where we dont have the critical mass like Japn and USA ( regulated and blue stock and in some ways in hands of strong funds ......dont good for dividend as we are one of the highest paying dividend stock mkt in the world )  So alot depend on catalyst news ( eg Semb corp /SMM demerger) then it trigger rush into these counters.
