There is Kep O&M merger plus Semb marine will change name to new entity X. Then perhaps after that there will be a MO. Billions invested so I believe it will be alright. I dunno what plans they have but if I spend billions to keep it in ICU I surely have a motive.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	My view, As we are at about 85% fully vaccinated, the govt would aim  to hit 100% and likely open up unrestricted travel by december for manpower to return. And our population would at the time be almost fully vaccinated hospitals would be able to handle covid emergency cases with ease. So irrespective of how covid plays out outside Singapore, we are heading towards a reopening of borders later this year. UNLESS there is a new more deadly GAMMA variant or so. As far as SCM and other SG firms are concerned they would most likely see a ease in manpower constraints by December.
