Neptune Orient Lines Limited reported un-audited consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 26, 2014. For the year, the company reported revenue of $8,616.8 million compared to $8,831.2 million, loss before income tax of $216.9 million compared to $15.8 million and net loss attributable to equity holders of the company of $259.8 million or 10.05 cents per diluted share compared to $76.3 million or 2.95 cents per diluted share for the last year. Net cash inflow from operating activities was $68.8 million compared to $31.6 million, purchase of property, plant and equipment was $350.3 million compared to $1,305.5 million and purchase of intangible assets was $3.7 million compared to $2.5 million for the last year. Revenue was decreased mainly due to decrease in Liner revenue from lower freight rates and volume. Core EBITDA was $317 million compared to $150 million, core LBIT was $76 million compared to $167 million for the last year. The company have a healthy cash level of $1.2 billion, giving a net debt $4 billion. For the quarter, the company reported revenue of $2,227.8 million compared to $2,334.0 million, loss before income tax of $64.2 million compared to $119.0 million and net loss attributable to equity holders of the company of $85.1 million or 3.29 cents per diluted share compared to $137.2 million or 5.31 cents per diluted share for the last year. Net cash inflow from operating activities was $30.7 million compared to net cash outflow from operating activities $59.8 million, purchase of property, plant and equipment was $36.1 million compared to $198.7 million and purchase of intangible assets was $0.3 million compared to $1.0 million for the last year. Core EBITDA was $92 million compared to $7 million, core LBIT was $17 million compared to $82 million for the last year.
