and i just asking that audreytan to quote us the source of the -0.75c fair value or how he managed to come up with -0.75c. I dun think we shd encourage anyone to anyhow spread false information. I very happy that if he coud share how he managed to get -0.75c fair value or is he just spreading false information. Just want to clarify

I already ask that audreytan to share with us how he came up with the -0,75c, but he did not.. so just wonder if he is trying to spread false information. So u think we shd allow ppl to anyhow spread false information??? Anyway if you can help, maybe u can share with us how he managed to come up with -0.75c fair value for a share trading at $1.80. I am asking for opinion now as what u suggested. Thanks.

The facts about this stock are posted on their website. It has send out a presentation disk to all stock holders. Several leases signed and posted on SGX website. Confirm dividend XD 3rd Aug at 0.06 cents. Price has shot up over last week since my posting on 28th Jun. ( 1.76? ) Happy investing. |

Some has mentioned about GLP debt...haha....pls look and note its debt to asset ratio/is it reasonable ? .....no company has no debt. in fact its prudent to fully capitalise on this and use your capital wisely. DYODD. Happy investing.

Zhun in the bear senario cos everyone blind by grè ed and ignor the hard fact economy no good and would get worse from due to brexit, long term growth hammered by uncertainty. Business unwilling to invest and all keep cash sign..... all cos uncertainty in post brexit world trade. Recession happen when people lose hope in future growth and stop investing or limit spending. Now noone in right mind would load and lock up capital in stock market, soon big fund had to sell to meet their fund redemption or improve cash position. Would need a big correction to draw back investors and quick resolution to brexit, to force uk and eu to fast decision we need a crisis badly. |

Some good news happend recent few weeks.... signed out a large new lease in Japan . ( ecomm bz) signed new lease in Brazil Sold and collaborated with Jreit Jpan on a property or so ... Book value aro 2.50 and come with 6c dividend. Happy investing. DYODD.
