They know that AVON' s license in China is too valuable and the corruption practices will never die.  They think they can do even better. AVON was the first to set its foot in China and the first to get the license for direct selling.. its business was hit badly after both China and America fine them for MLM and bribery in China... its business has never been any good after 2014 when the big crack down in China started. http://www.sohu.com/a/304677482_698311 For that piece of news,  AVON picked up 13% in a few hours. The Chinese' s market is just too attractive because of the useless Government enforcement.. talk talk do  a bit for show then rest  to take a feast with the corrupted money,    Pyramid selling will never die.

They likely hav news of (the dates of )report, so they shaking investors with their algorithm trades, making forced sell panic. So they can scoop up at low prices
