x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Since each are entitle to their own view, VCAM C/B dilutions and how long it takes for ISR story for the rare earth to come into realistic with the expectation for the 3rd reports, nobody can actually foreseen it and how it turn out. For shares dilution, let me shares that years back I held Jasper when they go into O&G sector and currently they have 4.2b floating, until the recent bailout by "polar / triton", therefore shares dilution seem to be bad, but it take time for business to grow and the right Mgmt teams. As for time frame none can foretold when it will take off higher or drop due to operation cost etc. (from less than 1.0 cents and it fly to high of 3.8cts) When thing goes south on the counter, majority will view it with the most common stroke, looking into a counters, there are aggregate factors which will spur the run up or spiral downwards, for example Rowsley with big names and famous projects still tank south when I spot the weakness and cutloss earlier. I also mentioned at the thread that it will look attractive only when real operation kicks in, otherwise will leave it as it is. Therefore, none can predicts if you think the counter's have some good potential after review and study then go for it starting from small and increases in phases, which I did before ISR being play or manipulated and make some profits, which you can check in another thread about ISR, same when it's about to suspend or fall, I been making sound warning too. As for myself, currently not vested into ISR, period. How to call it a death spiral? A case of death spiral toxic bonds is QT Vascular if you are interested to look at it. Every conversion is a new issue price, moving downwards with the market price. Also, why would VC convert into shares at $0.004 and drive the price down to $0.001  to lose money? No logic right? So far  we never see the VC take control of the company, but just fund raise for this company to acquire  new business/asset to  revive.  If company does not take this option,  do you think banks  will lend them money  for acquisition?  Same goes for Magnus,  Liongold  and many other  companies  crippled by the penny stock crash...  you can also look at example Serrano, Kitchen  Culture, QT Vascular... they  need financing, but are banks or private equity funds willing  to  lend money to them?  We have a choice not to touch these  highly speculative and risky stocks, but we are attracted to the  potential multiple gains if the management of these companies manage to turn it around for the better. Dilution for stronger  and better earnings, why not?

True that it can still survive at the moment with capital injection, but how long will it take to see good returns for shareholders and climb in share price to its former height on a massively diluted share base. This may take a very long while if it ever happens. But, maybe the company may run out of funds earlier than seeing returns for their shareholders without any ability to generate cashflows

A very smart move on their part. However, this does leave behind massive dilution in ISR Capital shares for the remaining shareholders.

So it is now depends on BBs to push up till the price they like. Price gone up from 0.06 till 0.011 now, may see it break 2 cts soon.
