x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Tokyo-Yokohama will certainly have an excellent chance of getting a licence.  I see Yokohama as a suburb of Tokyo, given that it is so very near to Tokyo.    Also - Sega Sammy was a contender for a Yokohama IR licence - it then dropped its solo bid and decided to partner with Genting.  Think about it - why did they choose Genting?  Obviously they have done a proper assessment, spoken to the other Japs and Govt officials and did their homework and then put in a joint bid. To me - this is the clearest sign that Genting is going to win.  Sega Sammy is the only Jap company, and a Pachinko king - that is in the Yokohama race now. Melco do not stand a chance as they are still under investigation by the Japan authorities.
