AGM was held in the attic floor of Fragrace Building and food coupons were issued to shareholders for plastic packet of food and bottled water.   Poor show of disrespect for shareholders who are investors and not budget backpacker tourists. Dump it.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Friend Brenocav, I attended AGM this morning. Chairman Koh owns (majority) controlling lion share of GPH. I saw his Jaguar parked downstairs at Fragrance Building. You are right about the Annual Report: nothing great. Additionally, the high debt level is also an issue even if manageable (provided nothing bad happens). The only safety factor for us is that Mr Koh's neck (his net worth) is tied to GPH. I think they will maintain the 5-6% dividend as  in the past. Only worry is its gearing of 50% which is pretty high debt level. Let's hope it goes up to 0.33 after I buy.
