x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Another new low.  Coming towards forecast fair value of US27.5cts. sheerluck      ( Date: 05-Mar-2018 11:54) Posted: If you compiled HPHT yoy div payout and its share price, you will noticed on average, div dropped about 15% pa.  Share price also dropped 15% pa to maintain that 7%-9% yield.  So those who has been holding on to this stock will be seeing their investment drooping by 6%-8% pa. So based on last FY payout of HK20.60cts or SGD3.5cts, and assumign market still demand a 8% yield, then HPHT should trade ard $0.335.  If next year, HPHT dividned dropped another 15%, then HPHT can go to $0.275. One important factor for HPHT will be their bank loan which are mostly on floating rate with 88% denominated in US dollar.  So US rate hike which also inevitably strengthen the dollar is a double whammy for HPHT debt.
