DYODD. fatpanda      ( Date: 16-May-2020 14:10) Posted: Wilmar daily chart Ah Mar' s chart posted here for sharing. also asked by one bro via PM.  Ah Mar suddenly " kie xiao" and broke the upper resistance trendline 3 days ago, and re-testing this resistance turned support trendline in past 2 days. In theory on " breakout" , " breakout" usually consider " invalid" if the price bar fall below the last resistance trendline. that is, " Never go back once chiong and passed the thick wall" . So, it is important to watch Ah Mar now to see whether she could continue to move fhigher from here, or fall below this trendline. There were " conflicting" signals so far : 1) Price was supported well by the resistance turned support trendline    > Positive 2) Daily volume declined during the re-testing of the newly formed support trendline      > Positive 3) Likely divergence on Stocastic oscillator, not confirmed yet  > Slightly negative 4) Strength on upward momentum of MACD was weaken > Slightly negative  Overall. the condition is still looked OK " technically" for vaild breakout, but we also have to prepare for the " unexpected" incident might be happened on Ah Mar because the monkey behind her is super cunning, they are the known killer of retail players. Trade safe and DYODD.

CDL was also approaching the " neckline" at around 7.35, and likely to form " M head" (double top). Once the price breaks below the " neckline" , then the estimated TP  is around 6.65, and look for support there.  DYODD.

STI.  From the chart, we could see clearly selling were there, hightlighted by two red arrows. STI was approaching the " neckine" , and the " look" on STI trend seem to form a " M head" or a descending triangle.  Both are bearish signs, and if it breaks below the neckline, then calculated first TP, depend on which one is formed finally, are also drawn on the chart below.
