Then  I heard it was one of the  candidates for bank license  and watched it go up to $2 plus  and  I thought  it too expensive liao. Then I see it go up nearly everyday and wondered  how it  can be  12 times better than my Silverlake Axis. As I not following details of digital license  closely till I read last Saturday' s newspapers then I understand that it is only  wholesale digital license allowing to serve non-retail customers so I just comment  not  full banking license afterall but price hike considered  over the top.  I think  mine is neutral comment.
