Cash flow from operating activities for MM2 has been negative for most years except FY2017 (ending March). Trading at 48x historic and 23x FY2018 seems very rich for tiny companies like this. IPO of UnUsual is a red-flag to me although I' m not keen to explore why this was done. Why sell something if it is good? And if it is not good, why MM2 is still keeping 50%? Placement of (new)shares - need money to  buy real stuff(s)? Too many questions. Finally, I generally don' t enjoy NS-type shows and will not watch even if you pay me. Good luck for those buying.

It is like playing with your money, very irresponsible. Since it has generated so much interest and high share price using an acquisition strategy, it has to keep doing acquisition to keep the story alive. Once it stops, people will lose interest. The problem with such a strategy is that it MUST keep making acquisitions, even at an astronomically high cost, like the recent Goloden Village acquisition, at 10 times Malaysia cinemas cost.  Shareholders will eventually pay for it.   More and more shares outstanding now.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Surprise by the strong sell-down ..bought some back at 60..  think the GV announcement have not provided the impact yet .. as long the financing for this deal is not too expensive , the longer term and cash flow is good.. those that sold on news   likely cause the big drop .. should get a valuation update on this again ..
