x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Some people still thinking that Wilmar as only palm oil company. If you look at the Corporate Profile, it business activities are much wider. Beside the recently listing of the YKA, there are news that countries are beginning to hoard food due to the concerns of the COVID-19. Wilmar is also involve in consumer food, this spell well for the company.  Unless there is something that unknown to the public, I foresee it coming profit or DPS will improve. Any different view? PS: I invested in Wilmar.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I tot bought 2.152 million shares following companies, in which Mr Kuok Khoon Hong is deemed interested in, have acquired a total of 2,152,000 shares in Wilmar International Limited ("Wilmar") in the name of a bank nominee via market transactions at an average price of S$4.41 per share: (a) HPRY Holdings Limited - 717,400 shares (b) Longhlin Asia Limited - 717,300 shares and (c) Hong Lee Holdings (Pte) Ltd - 717,300 shares. Total cost is $9.49 million dollars ... too little ? WBdisciple      ( Date: 21-Oct-2020 08:14) Posted: CEO Kuok Khoon Hong, chairman and CEO of palm oil giant Wilmar International, recent stock purchases of Wilmar. To me, this shows confidence in the Company....if he is buying at S$4.40 as well...wouldn' t that indicate a good entry price as well? Given his posiiton at Wilmar, it is not easy for him to have a window of opportunity to purchase shares as he is an insider in a commodities conglomerate. On Sept 24, Kuok, through three separate entities he controls &mdash HPRY Holdings, Longhlin Asia and Hong Lee Holdings &mdash bought 50,500 shares at $4.30 each.  On Sept 28, Kuok bought another 94,700 Wilmar shares at $4.40 each, again using the same three entities. Kuok now holds a total stake of nearly 797.85 million shares, equivalent to 12.55% of the company.
