Why bother to buy open if cma found their offer cpf investors would accept, don make sense to buy open market before antitrust . Gona be big show when temasek ink deal with cma and start general offer. Worst case senario nol remain listed with sizeable blocking vote on those clause that need 90% approval, cma would be joke in container shipping for fail nol delist lol
