x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	90 cents will have big resistance because few months back when BPJ unconditional offer @ 90 cents [I think, but later revised to final offer 95 cents], Boustead' s volume suddenly surged and hit high of slightly above 90 cents. I think people bought the wrong counter at that time. Now if price hit 90 cents, these people may sell off.

Except it has acquired almost all the share of BP a few months back. This, to me personally, was a good move as it should enhanced the NAV of Boustead. However, thus far, the market didn' t seem to favour the move. The market may have a change of view now with the expected halt of rate hike by US Fed. This is starting to show in S-Reits. Don' t know why a lot of companies in SGX trade way below NAV. SGX seems unable to attract investors to sink root here. Just look at this counter, high NAV with stable profits and dividends, why no investors want to park their fund in this stock?
