Temasek hold 29.8%, for further fund raising, they can hold less share and still maintain as controller of the company. SGX and buyer know who buy at the moment? Clue to enter come from Dow Jones, while ROE is low, it dips on Mar 2020 and climb all the way to record high at Dec 2021. They increase money supply during slum, and current dip can interpret as they raising fund for after Russia/Ukraine war boom investment. But if China started an international war, the after war boom will be delayed. Currently China only locking itself down, talk of the War actually is their internal war.
