But when there is too many retail inside, they will flush out the retail slowly over the week ~ s before pushing it up since this stock is oversold for now. Buying now is not a safe bet , but at 7 cent range is gaurantee a safe bet . Rebound you know ? Throw a basketball on the floor down hard and the ball rebound fast, but over the time the rebound get smaller and stop completely.
