Director will be banned from assuming director role for 3 years. So in the end, we still the one to be penalised coz company funds come from shareholders. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Francis Wong - VC Leonard Tay - CFO These are key mgmt people.  They jump ship because this path is easier for them.  The other path obviously is the difficult one.  Very irresponsible.  Shareholders must take class action against these people.  Also CFO should know the financial health of the company very well.  He must be awared how " good" Swiber financial health is from miles away.  If he doesn' t why is he getting the level of pay.  He should be penalised x10 and cough back every single cent and all the petty cash as well.
