x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The public float on DeClout is large, particularly given that they had issued plenty of shares since listing to do M& A. While most of the issued shares were above 20c, wouldnt be surprised that some of those vendors whose businesses were sold to DeClout started selling to take some cash off (may or may not be at a profit, but liquating to fetch cash returns would be a normal phenomenon to expect). For some odd reason, the liquidity on the stock has increased substantially pre and post announcement of the deal. The share price movement of this company is truly hard to predict, recalled that it shot up to some 23-24c during the time when Procurri was spun-off for separate listing before crashing to some 17-18c alongside the crash of Procurri' s share price.  A complex business that functions somewhat like a Tech/TMT PE fund that acquires, grows and carry out spin-offs/trade-sale.  Given the volatility, would rather stay on the sidelines and watch.

Special dividend was mentioned as one of the options - others being pay down debt/future expansion etc - when the sales was first announced. However, the company' s position is not concrete on this. There is no confirmation and that' s why the price trend down despite the anticipated cash inflow. If there is dividend it will be nice but I think short term price appreciation may not be on the card. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	On average, a fundementally good stock rises about 2-3 times in a year. unless that person is damn good at market timing, which is near impossible...otherwise random walk and invest in it' s value.

So, who will be the one to lose out on the married deal? Buyer or seller?  Will the coming EGM cause a price movement? Is this stock good to hold for Long term? No dividends yet. Will it be promoted to the Mainboard? Hope for answers soon. Hence we are seeing situation on Friday, block deal at 21.5 when market at 20. so far only CEO 9m block deal was reported among many more block deals done recently. It is highly possible someone new to the company is involved in these block deals & yet to cross but close to the 5% threshold. Hop to see announcement on this. one good thing we noticed is that since IPO, CEO, ED & Senior management plus the major shareholders Wong PL have either holding on or increase their shareholding (except ID sold 200 shares last week). If these insiders are so confidence about DeClout, company should be in good shape to grow further. impetus to DeClout share prices would come from - how much company decide to reward its loyal shareholders thru its cash proceed from disposal of Acclivis (CEO quoted on latest The Edge : "definitely do something to improve shareholders' returns) - emerging of a "credible & strong" major shareholders thru purchase of recent block deals - continue momentum for various business segments when company reports 3Q results
