x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	Hey all, just want to highlight some technicalities so that everyone makes an informed decision. To achieve compulsory acquisition, Fincantieri needs 90% of shares it does not already own. Fincantieri now holds 55.63%.  So this means it needs 90%*(100%-55.63%)+55.63% = 95.56% of all shares before compulsory acquisition begins (i.e. they will just sweep your shares).  Now, when Fincantieri receives 90% of all shares, it will suspend trading of the stock. BUT at that point only will the Offer turn unconditonal (i.e. you will get paid within 7 business days). At this point, you can still decide to accept the Offer and exit. There will still be time for that and you will not be trapped.  If everyone who disagrees with the price, doesn' t accept, I think > 10% is acheivable.

Could be a 50cts stock if things worked out for them. So at least two factors that might bring price over 24cts.   Short covering or BB who wants a better price and got ammo to do it.   See price action tml!

Just hoping history will repeat itself like the year 2013 where they failed to delist themselves at 1.22 price if I still can rmemebered the price correctly. My 2cents view on the stock having the capability to Bounce back to 80cents standing by 2018/2019 after collecting back all the remaining payments from the customers after completion of projects.
