Its really about looking at the company's potential. If it have not much future.......though its over 50% negative.........sometimes have to bite the bullet.    For Oceanus - another disaster, went in at 38c got out 17c, its more than 50% ............imagine if I have not got out..........now 0.016 .............. I could have lost another more than 15 cents/share............. If I have thought the same   - now still holding..................38 cents   --> 0.016.......... Well as said just to share and advise......... BUT if   holders sees that it have potential............they can make their own decision and live with it. This one, have been loosing $ ever since don't know when......... it looks like those.......< 1 cent stock from the impression it given.................... IPCO   was 13 cents   when I first noticed it..........they have lands in US, gas supplies in CHINA..........eventually..after a series of   bad events.........nearing   1 cent... those kind of cenario............. sometimes you just got to bite the bullet and move on...........other than   sitting on a sinking ship and still hope.......shiny armour knight come along.......and save it.   The real chance is sinking with it wholesale............. To further clarify - I AM NOT SAYING that , this share is hopeless.... I am just speaking generally..though in this thread as a follow up to your question and   that remark that " PPL holding on at 50% or more lost..........." Its just to share. BUT of as mentioned.   Holders decides. Its all up to them. If they still have high hope that this company would   have some sort of breakthru... hold and hope..and hopefully...things turn out well......... NO implication on this particular stock............opinion is actually generally applies to all stocks that are sinking, stagnant and have not much   good potential in sight in the mid term.
