I like to share that mkt participants that STA rubber will perform badly due to a local based spore rubber company MD having resigned recently, their company probably reporting a loss for 2nd quarters result as their 1st quarter reported a loss whilst STA reported a net profit of min. US$26 million. I like to share with you in this blog and state on record that STA rubber division has made a decent profit for 2nd quaters profit coupled with STA getting full 100% earnings from their gloves division but mkt participants are under the impression that STA will enjoy only 56% earnings from their gloves division which actually will effect from STGT earnings only from 3rd quarters onwards. As such, the 2nd quarters glove earnings from STA rubber division will be at least 3 times of gloves profits giving minimum of US$36 million which is already more than enough to beat 1st quarter profit even if STA break even on their rubber division which I am of the opinion STA will ast least show a decent profit because of my rubber exoerience to make a judgemental call on their results. STA Thai is highly undervalued at current price levels below the 29 level and still a good buy and hold for thye rest of the year. Just be patience in STA stock for it to bffe base out before the reporting date on 14 August and sit tight to enjoy the price rally after release of the results as the bears will be caught by surprise by its good earnings. Patience is the key word to enjoy a decent rally in STA shares for the rest of the year powered by good STGT gloves few quarterly huge earnings potential.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Numbers goes up and down, just matter of time only.  Even if now it didn' t perform that good due to rubber business, i guess it shouldn' t go into negative due to the blooming of gloves.  Once rubber pick up and nowadays many vehicles moving outside, i heard commercial planes fly have abit bit increase.  I just change my 4 tyres once after circuit breaker...haha...lol
