Think 162 a bit hopeful leh. I too have been hoping for that. There was a brief period within the last 2 yrs that it hit that px. But since then has not gone < 170 if my memory is correct.

GLP signed some more space to Wallmar in China.....this has to be positive. Awaiting patiently for this giant to wake up ......Book Value 2.66, Dividend 3.3% Nett income for Q1 is 202M ...half year result coming early Nov. P/BV is 0.69 DYODD |

Wonder when this undervalue giant waking UP ...... Global Logistic Properties (GLP) today announced a new 32,000 sq m build-to-suit agreement with Walmart to expand the American retail corporation&rsquo s existing location in Southern China. The value of the agreement was not disclosed. Shares of GLP closed 0.27% lower at $1.86 on Monday. |

Yes, u are right ....dividend has increased to 6c ( the last one for 2015 year GLP has grown much with more stable income as of today and with stable bz in China, USA, Japn and Brazil. ( diversify) Which is why I am ( ONLY ) hoping they can and might change their dividend twice and maybe total 7/8 c a year. * LOL just a hope and wish

But I recall earlier yrs, div used to be 4.5c (also one div only). Now, looks like regularly 6c. So, that' s an improvement already.

If not wrong , more lease signed in Brazil and China .......:)) End Sept is GLP ...half year..awaiting patiently for their coming results and dividend. |

It a dead market no investors just speculators and shortist managing the trade flow. Globally rich are avoiding stock like crazy and they holding ridiculous amount of cash and us bonds. Nobody spending more than they needed, everyone follow japanese style stagnant pool . |

Research houses all talk up glp but noone buy even themselve also don buy lol, market sentiment weak noone wanna touch stock. Expect super quiet oct trading and good time to pick up defensive stocks and unload after us election. Next year dangerous as oil price might repeat jan stunt and brexit officially kick off, offshore debt redemption might trigger stock crash too. Stay caution next year |
