x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	From the series of exchanges between SGX and ISR Capital which SGX has repeated its queries on the Al Maynard valuation report despite ISR Capital providing reposnses to the queries. And also the coincidental resignation of the independent director during this period of suspension of trading of ISR Capital shares and enquiries by SGX. This does provides some hints though not conclusive that there might be problems with the Al Maynard valuation report. If there are really indications of misrepresentation, manipulation or even fraudulence of information by the company, the company might lend itself in legal trouble and affect its shareholders and others who have a vested interest in the company in terms of potential losses in their vested capital. Currently, SGX is still waiting for ISR' s formal reply to its query issued on 21 Nov 2016. In that query, SGX asked ISR 10 questions. Once ISR provides reasonable answers to those questions, SGX has to lift the suspension. The Company has submitted to SGX its draft responses to the SGX Queries on 25 November 2016.
