For those shortseller push it lower 8cents is those short at 20cents by expecting pushing price down to attract more sellers. To you buy at 8cents, +-1-3 cents movement is a lot, for them, short covering process for their short above 20cents is between 50-75% profit for price 5 to 12 cents movements. So no matter what price movement, what critical is covering their short, push lower can squeeze more selling, push higher than 8cents will attract buyer to fight for their short covering. However at higher price like 12cents, will also trigger seller to sell at higher, no matter what, short seller already won. Those want to short at 8cents? Unless they can foresee, rights is coming. So don't ever think that why temasek got so much money to buy rights. It is all calculated and the talents sitting in the office are all the fund managers who playing this games to earn money from market. We are just small fish, even you buy millions dollars, to them you are still small one. If you think of it objectively  SCM @ 20 cents was worth 2.4 Billion with an upcoming cash shortage in 2022 Now we have a SCM sitting on close to 2 billion in cash still valued at 2.4 Billion. 8 cents is like refunding all the rights in return for giving SCM to TH for FREE.  The Industry has standards, best practices and MO have to be rational. The market don' t take bullshit even if you are TH. Its a fair market place or atleasts needs to act like one to boost volumes and confidence in Investing money into it. * We now have a much stronger SCM that can survidlve without contracts for atleast 6 Quarters. * We have a potential merger with KOM in the next 2 Quarters * We know of incomes to be realised in mid 2022 * We also know that 180 million shares that are short need to buy back to cover their positions.  So generally speaking the next 12 months is positve for SCM and shareholders won' t settle for crap. With regards to the scare tactics of being undersubcribed when RI2020 is compared to RI2021 in fact the take up is more.
