Quarz had said it has a less-than-5 per cent stake in Sunningdale Tech, but added that combined with its affiliates, it has built up a " sizeable position" in the company. The board of Sunningdale Tech later said it would give the recommendations " appropriate consideration" . It added that it believed its " unwavering focus" on business fundamentals would bring " more enduring long-term value accretion to our shareholders" . In December 2018, the fund also called for Sunningdale Tech to return more cash to shareholders by distributing at least 60 per cent of core net income in 2019 as dividends. Sunningdale Tech' s board then said it welcomes constructive feedback. " The recommendations made in the open letter will receive the appropriate consideration... in our continued effort to enhance shareholder value," it said. |

Stupid idea from the SIAS that any proof of holding before Jan 21 will not be recognised and acceptable. As of today 5 Feb 21, CDP has not send us the February CDP statement. STUPID SIAS! | ||||

Why Quarz still buy leh ?is they think still low ball at $1.65 or NAV price ? Any ldea wgen company announce their result ? If it declare fat bonus dividend than price need to minus this dividend ? become square one again.

SIC Members SIC members are appointed by the Minister in charge of the SFA. Most SIC members are from the private sector, including industry representatives, financial sector professionals and legal experts. The current SIC members are:- Mr Koh Boon Hwee (Chairman) &ndash Chairman, Credence Partners Pte Ltd how can he be the chairman of SIC when he failed his duty as chairman to look after the interest of small investors when he go and scheme with private equity to lowball small investors and take advantage of citizen' s money???? It' s a shame and a disgrace!!!! Such a TRAITOR CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!! Government MAS SGX allow this to happen???? |

Received below email from Quartz for info here .....
As of today and after only 24h since we have opened the website we have already over 200 subscribers. So it looks like we are not the only ones that are " unhappy" about this offer?! Thank you for the questions and comments that a lot of you have sent to us so far. Due to the high numbers, we endeavour to answer all of them as soon as possible. Also we will probably make a ZOOM WEBINAR where we explain our rationale. We are also working on a chinese version of the letter. We would appreciate if you can share the website and our letter to as many people and especially Sunningdale Tech shareholders as possible! This way we can make sure that all Sunningdale Tech shareholders are aware of the proposed offer and also our answer to it and so we can have a productive and fruitful discussion. |
